Our Home Watch Specialists are dedicated with assisting “Seasonal” In Home Care clients or clients with only Home Watch needs. We will “watch” over your home while you are gone with our 26 point inspection. We will also provide any concierges services you may need. Those services may include watering your plants, to oversee home deliveries, supervise maintenance appointments; as well as assist you with your departure or home arrival preparation.

We strive to maintain competitive rates; as we realize the financial obligations of leaving your home (s). A Bridge For Independence will provide you peace of mind, whether you are gone for a few days, weeks or months. In an effort to meet your unique needs, we have chosen to offer different Packages; which range from weekly visits to monthly visits.
As you know, if problems develop at your household, they can spiral into irreversible damage; without early detection. Therefore, we recommend weekly visits to ensure the highest degree of monitoring. However, we support your decision to decide what is best for your lifestyle.
During each visit, your Home Watch Specialist will complete a 26 point property inspection report and submit it for your review within 24 hours. In the event that there is a concern, the Home Watch Specialist will contact you immediately. If you need an outside professional; such as a Plumber, Electrician, Painter, Pest Expert, Water or Mold Removal Specialist or any other outside help, we will refer you to our list of Preferred Providers.
We would like to meet you personally and/or take a tour of your home and grounds to answer any questions that you may have. If desired, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal of those needs that were identified during our Complimentary Consultation.

We are committed to providing Excellence in Service with qualified, experienced employees. A Bridge For Independence, LLC is licensed, bonded and insured.
Preferred Provider Service: A Bridge For Independence may charge the contractor’s direct cost to select, contract, monitor, supervise and pay our Preferred Service Provider. Although we charge a fee to our Preferred Providers, the volume of service they receive gives them the ability to give discounts. As a result, you save time and perhaps money. We use only the most dependable, experience and reputable contractors in the area; as our reputation is of utmost importance. All providers are licensed, bonded and insured. As a courtesy, you will receive only one invoice; as we consolidate our Home Watch charges with Preferred Provider charges.
Billing: Invoices are sent biweekly unless you choose the Monthly Service Package. Monthly Service Packages are billed at the end of each month. Home Watch Service clients are charged one month in advance; which will be applied for the last month of service per contract terms.
