Preferred Provider Service: A Bridge For Independence charges 20% of the contractor’s direct cost to select, contract, monitor, supervise and pay our Preferred Service Provider. Although we charge a fee to our Preferred Providers, the volume of service they receive gives them the ability to give discounts. As a result, you save time and perhaps money. We use only the most dependable, experience and reputable contractors in the area; as our reputation is of utmost importance. All providers are licensed, bonded and insured. As a courtesy, you will receive only one invoice; as we consolidate our Home Watch charges with Preferred Provider charges.
Billing: Invoices are sent biweekly unless you choose the Monthly Service Package. Monthly Service Packages are billed at the end of each month. Home Watch Service clients are charged one month in advance; which will be applied for the last month of service per contract terms.
