Kimberly Stanford has been a nurse for over 18 years. She is currently a Registered Nurse with a degree in Business Administration and also maintains an Administrator’s license. Kimberly’s nursing experience includes a multitude of Health Care environments including Hospitals, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Nutritional Centers and Home Health Care. Kimberly has started Home Care companies, served on Home Care Advisory Boards and had her own consulting business assisting Home Care Agencies with Survey Compliance. Her consulting business also provided services for Group Homes, providing Psychiatric Nursing Supervision for the mentally and physically handicapped. In some states she is recognized as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). She is also qualified to train Alzheimer’s and is a Community CPR and First Aide Instructor. Kimberly has over 10 years of Regional Management experience and has worked for 4 of the largest National Health Care Companies in the USA. As a Regional Manager, she had financial, sales and operational responsibility for a number of Home Care Offices and/or a number of Assisted Living Facilities.

Kimberly Stanford has been managing properties for several years. She has been personally responsible for her own personal properties for over 12 years. Kimberly is a real estate investor and has owned properties in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Florida. She understands the importance of maintaining personal property; as well as ensuring that someone is “looking after” the property. As a current resident of Sarasota, Fl, she is conscious of current property owned in Minnesota. Kimberly is a successful business owner and real estate investor with the desire to “Enhance Lives by Helping Others”. It is her goal to provide an array of services that assist clients with either In Home Services, Home Watch Services or both. Her team of internal and external employees have years of experience in their field of expertise.
